Petikaa Gift Studio Ships through registered courier services in India. For international shipments, best possibility is chosen based on size and weight of the gift boxes. Orders are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days. These do not include weekends & Public Holidays.
Shipping
All orders are shipped and processed from our studio in Bangalore. Orders are then delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout in the standard duration taken from Bangalore to your address.
Delivery Failure
If a delivery attempt is made twice and the delivery partner is not able to reach you, the packages are returned to us. Please provide your full address, accurate pin code and reachable phone numbers to avoid this hassle. If an order is returned due to delivery failure, Petikaa Gift Studio is not subject to refund. If there is a disagreement on this topic, our customers can always reach out to us on our email address so that we can help you best while serving you properly.
Modes of payment
Petikaa Gift Studio Accepts payment via net-banking, credit card, debit card and cash on delivery. COD is processed at an extra charge of rupees 40 or 1.60% of the product value, whichever is higher). All payments of bulk orders are received prior to the delivery.
Returns
We strive to deliver quality products at your doorstep and ensure that all customer transactions are seamless. Immense care is taken while packing and delivering your orders to guarantee safe delivery.
That said, Our policy does not allow us to offer returns or exchanges on products that are shipped in perfect conditions. We do not take responsibility of damages made in transit. However, if you have been delivered an incorrect product, please reach out to us via email or whatsapp and we will arrange an exchange for you. Our customer care team will respond to you within 48 hours.
As the nature of most our products is fragile, we hold the right to provide solutions as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is seen as an individual case.
We do not offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Bulk order delivery in Multiple Locations
We provide bulk deliveries to multiple locations at a charge. For example, if a corporate clients wants us to deliver gift boxes to each of their 500 employees addresses, we charge a standard delivery charge for each delivery and make it happen. The same applies to wedding invitation deliveries, birth announcement deliveries and more. However, If some locations are not reachable by our delivery partners, those gift boxes are delivered to the clients registered address.
